Monthly administrative meetings take place at The Royal Seven Stars Hotel, Totnes. They tend to lie in a fuzzy area between formal and informal. The role of Chair is taken by a different person each month. Tasks are delegated. Discussions of future gigs and policy take place. The committee is a benevolent autocracy, membership being by invitation.
